Beyond the Uniform and BTU Builders are run by BTU Builders LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("BTU", "we", "us"). This notice covers this website, btubuilders.com, and the BTU Builders waitlist. You can reach us about privacy at hello@btubuilders.com.

Beyond the Uniform provides education only and is not affiliated with the VA or DoD. We are not a government agency, and nothing you share with us is shared with the VA, the DoD or any branch of service.

This website is a set of pages with no accounts and no sign-in. It doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies and doesn't use analytics.

• Your motion setting (Simple view or Pause) is kept in your own browser so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs to deliver pages and block attacks, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.

When you join the waitlist, the form sends your first and last name, email address and the password you choose straight to the BTU Builders platform, which runs the member portal for us with our technology provider. It doesn't pass through or stay on this website.

• The platform creates your BTU Builders account (not yet verified) and emails you a link to confirm your address. Your password is stored only in a protected form; nobody at BTU can see it.
• The platform records your marketing consent using these exact words, shown next to the button: "By creating an account, you agree to receive marketing emails from BTU Builders when the site goes live." You can unsubscribe from any marketing email.
• When the portal opens, you sign in with the same email and password. Until then, your account can't be used to sign in.
• The 18-or-older box is checked on this page only; it isn't stored.

Please don't send Social Security numbers, military records, medical information or financial account details through this website.

We use waitlist details to confirm your place, tell you when BTU Builders opens, and send the marketing emails you agreed to. We never sell your information or share it for others' advertising. Our hosting and platform providers process it only to run the service for us.

• Unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any message.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete your waitlist account by emailing hello@btubuilders.com. We answer within 30 days, and sooner where the law requires.
• BTU Builders is for adults 18 and older. If you believe someone under 18 joined, email us and we will delete the account.

Pages are served only over encrypted connections, and the waitlist form talks to the platform over an encrypted connection too. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires. Read Staying safe for how to spot messages pretending to be us.

We will post any change here with a new date. If a change is material, we will tell people on the waitlist by email before it takes effect. Version 2026-11-draft-3.
